Skyway Journeys helps travelers research and book flights by phone. When you call us, an agent will search available options and, if you choose to proceed, help you complete a booking with the relevant airline or travel supplier.
Bookings and Payment
Fares, availability, and fees are set by airlines and other suppliers and can change until a booking is confirmed and paid for. Any service fees we charge will be disclosed to you before you agree to book. All bookings are subject to the fare rules and conditions of the airline or supplier providing the travel.
Cancellations and Changes
Changes and cancellations are subject to the policies of the airline or supplier associated with your booking. We will do our best to help you understand those policies before you book, and to assist with any changes after the fact, but we cannot guarantee refunds or waivers that the supplier does not offer.
Accuracy of Information
We aim to provide accurate flight information, but details such as pricing and schedules can change without notice. You are responsible for reviewing your itinerary and confirmation details once your booking is complete.
Limitation of Liability
Skyway Journeys acts as an intermediary between you and airlines or other travel suppliers. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or other actions taken by those suppliers.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
